Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Termo de Responsabilidade para Submissão de Artigo: O autor compromete-se de que o artigo enviado para avaliação é inédito, e não será submetido à outra revista durante o processo de análise e em caso de deferimento para a Revista Campo Digital que está autorizada a publicá-lo em meio impresso, digital, ou outro existente, sem retribuição financeira para os autores.

  • Formato do arquivo: O autor deve certificar-se de que o artigo será enviado no formato de arquivo do programa Microsoft Office Word.
  • Formatação: O autor deve certificar-se de que a formatação do artigo foi realizada conforme descrito em diretrizes para o autor, encontradas na seção "Sobre".
  • Os trabalhos serão publicados na ordem de aceitação e não de seu recebimento pela revista. O artigo será avaliado pelo corpo editorial da revista e submetido para avaliação à dois membros do corpo editorial de localidades diferentes. Após o recebimento do artigo pela revista, o autor poderá acompanhar o trâmite do mesmo pelo endereço eletrônico da revista.
  • Todos os endereços "URL" no texto (ex.: http://pkp.ubc.ca) devem estar ativos.
  • Atenção ao cadastrar os autores. Todos os autores devem ser cadastrados corretamente, com nome, filiação e endereço para correspondência. Uma vez submetido o artigo, não será possível cadastrar autores adicionais.
  • Todos os autores devem estar cientes e de acordo com a submissão do artigo para Revista Campo Digital
  • Ao relatar experiências envolvendo animais, os autores devem indicar se os procedimentos estavam em conformidade com as normas éticas da comissão responsável pela experimentação animal.
  • Conflitos de interesses podem ocorrer quando autores, revisores ou editores possuem interesses que podem influenciar na elaboração ou avaliação de manuscritos. Ao submeter o manuscrito, os autores são responsáveis por reconhecer e revelar conflitos financeiros ou de outra natureza que possam ter influenciado o trabalho. Os autores devem identificar no manuscrito todo o apoio financeiro obtido para a execução do trabalho e outras conexões pessoais referentes à realização do mesmo.

  • A autoria atribui crédito e implica em responsabilidade pelo conteúdo publicado.

    Os autores comprometem-se que participaram da elaboração no manuscrito ao menos por um dos critérios apresentados a seguir:

    a. Participção ativa da discussão dos resultados;

    b. Revisão e aprovação da versão final do trabalho.

     

  • DOCUMENTO SUPLEMENTAR

    É obrigatório na submissão o envio da carta de apresentação e indicação dos revisores, como no exemplo abaixo:

    CARTA DE APRESENTAÇÃO

    - Título: Em português e em inglês;

    - Autores: Devem constar abaixo do título, nome completo dos autores, separados por vírgula e centralizado. O último sobrenome de cada autor deve ser seguido de um número em algarismo arábico, em forma de expoente, correspondente à respectiva chamada de filiação e endereço do autor. 

    - Filiação e Endereço dos autores: Indicados pelo número em forma de expoente referente ao respectivo autor. Devem ser agrupados pelo endereço da instituição. Informar apenas a instituição de origem evitando citar cargos e outras condições (ex: professor, doutorando, graduando, etc). Informar por extenso nome Instituição (Sigla). Endereço completo e e-mail apenas do primeiro autor.

     INDICAÇÃO DE REVISORES AD HOC

    Eu (nome por extenso), declaro que li e estou de acordo com a política editorial adotada pela Revista Campo Digit@l e dentre as normas, sei que o artigo (TITULO DO TRABALHO) por mim submetido para apreciação neste periódico será avaliado por consultores ad hoc. Author Guidelines

Article’s Elaboration Language:

Language: Articles may be written in Portuguese or English.

File format: The article should be sent in Microsoft Office Word file format.

Format: The manuscript should contain the following format: -- Must be prepared in A4 size (210mm x 297 mm) paper, with higher and right margins with 3cm, and down and left margins with 2cm.

 -Font must be Arial size 12 and 1.5 cm line space in all the manuscript

 -Number of pages must appear in the upper right corner, starting for the title page. -- All references should be cited in the text.

PRESENTATION:

Title: (in English and Portuguese) Short and informative title without abbreviations, written in capital and bold letters.

Complete name(s) of author(s): They must be written with the initial capital letter, in full, separated by a semicolon (;) and centered. All names should be followed by overwrite numbers to identify the institutions.

Identification of author(s): Institution(s) of each author (Department, College, University) preceded by overwrite indicative numbers.

- Name and full address for correspondence, including zip code, telephone number, number of fax and author’s e-mail to which the correspondence and copies requests should be sent. These data should be preceded by the term: Correspondence address.

Abstract (in English and Portuguese): The word "Abstract" should be written in bold with the initial capital letter and the other lowercase letters in the left margin of the text, followed by a colon (:). In the sequence (in the same row) the text should be presented in single paragraph, with a maximum of 250 words (NBR 6028)

The text should show clearly the objectives, methodology, results and conclusions.

Keywords (in English and Portuguese): The terms "Palavras-chave" and "Keywords" should be written in bold, with the initial capital letter and the other lowercase letters in the left margin of the text, followed by a colon (:). Three to five words expressing the content of the article objectively and not written in the title should be indicated. They should be preceded by the terms: Keywords or Key Words, in bold and immediately after the abstract and abstract, respectively. They should be typed alphabetically, with lowercase letters, separated by commas and without endpoints.

Text: should meet the criteria for each category, according to the instructions available in focus and scope.

Acknowledgements: They should be brief and related to technical assistance, opinions, as well as to research financial support and study grants.

Tables and charts: should be inserted as close as possible of the text in which they were mentioned. Title should appear above the table and/or chart. It should be preceded by the word Table and by its sequential number in the text (Arabic numerals). Tables should be understandable and self-explanatory. Abbreviations should be defined on subtitles.

llustrations and photos: should be inserted as close as possible to text in which they were mentioned. The title should be placed below the figures, preceded by the word Figure and its sequential number in the text (Arabic numerals). Abbreviations and symbols should be defined even if they are explained in text. Illustrations and photos should be pasted into text with good quality resolution, and they should also be sent in separate files, in jpg. Photomicrographs should include data about stain technique and amplification at the end of legend to each part of the picture. A scale bar should be added to each photomicrograph. If any scaled marker does not appear in the picture, the original magnification should be informed in legend.

References: The word "REFERENCES" should be written in bold, all uppercase letters in the left margin of the text. References should be presented on the line below the section heading. They should be typed alphabetically after the acknowledgment section (optional). Digitalize them in single space, left alignment and double space between them. Articles with more than three authors, the first three followed by the expression et al. References should be prepared in accordance with NBR 6023. Avoid references from non-scientific sources such as blogs, websites and vlogs. References to scientific journal articles should not be cited as electronic documents.

Artigos Completos

Artigo completo deve conter título, nome dos autores, resumo e palavras chave em português. Introdução; Texto (metodologia, resultados e discussão) e Conclusão. Título, resumo e palavras chave em inglês. Referências de acordo com a NBR 6022.

Artigo Breve

Comunicações breves são relatos a respeito de um único assunto que devem ser concisos mas completos. Uma Comunicação Breve não deve ser dividida em seções (Introdução, Metodologia etc.) e deve conter título, nome dos autores, resumo e palavras chave em português. Texto que não exceda 9 páginas, excluindo as referências bibliográficas, no máximo 2 figuras ou 2 tabelas (ou uma figura e uma tabela). Título, resumo e palavras chave em inglês. Referências de acordo com a NBR 6022.

Artigos de Revisão

Artigos de revisão devem ser elaborados por pesquisadores que deram contribuições importantes para uma área específica das Ciências Agrárias e Tecnológicas. Texto que não exceda 20 páginas, excluindo as referências bibliográficas. O artigo de revisão deve conter título, nome dos autores, resumo e palavras chave em português. Introdução; Texto (revisão de literatura) e Comentários. Título, resumo e palavras chave em inglês. Referências de acordo com a NBR 6022.

Relatos de Casos

Relatos de caso devem conter título do artigo, com sua versão em inglês, Resumo, de acordo com a NBR 6028; Palavras-chave; Introdução; Texto (revisão de literatura); Relato de Caso; Discussão Conclusão Referências Bibliográficas, de acordo com a NBR 6023.
