Gender microaggressions are everyday insults that negatively affect women. This study investigates their impact on the self-efficacy and self-esteem of 252 women in various organizations. The instruments used were the Gender Microaggressions in the Workplace Scale, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and a sociodemographic questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using JASP 0.17.1. Results indicated a significant negative correlation between microaggressions and self-esteem (r = -0.126), but not with self-efficacy (r = -0.019). The study emphasizes the importance of organizational interventions to mitigate the negative impacts on women’s self-esteem.
